1. Step Outline
This is a step outline to whatwill happen in our film trailer, from the beginning
to the end including each event. Even though this is the order in which we will
be filming the trailer, we will change the order of the scenes to make them
mixed up because that is how trailer’susually are. We will also split the scenes
up including several plain shots of writing (convention of form).
The first scene shown willbe an introduction to the characters. Itwill
show both groups of friends, Jack’s and Lydia’s, getting ready for a night
out.
Itwill show them actually out, including a shotof them walking through
town in the dark with street lighting, both groups separate.
The next scene will be the two groups of friends in a club-type setting
standing together and laughing with each other, especially Jack and
Lydia.
The trailer will then show Jack and Lydia on a date sitting in a coffee
shop, getting to know each other and laughing at each other’s jokes.
We will be adding in still-images of their severaldates.

spending enough time with them anymore.
A scene showing Jack telling one of his mates he will proposeto Lydia,
