Key qualifications
Charles is a mechanical (piping) engineer with extensive experience in NZ, China and other countries. He
is bilingual, speaking both Mandarin Chinese and English. He specializes in piping for gas pipelines,
steam/water pipeline, pressure vessels, geothermal steam field and power plant, etc. This includes
piping/pressure vessel process engineering and piping system engineering, and computer simulation and
cycle optimization. Charles has also gained hands-on experience in project management for installation
and commissioning, and installation supervision. He is also experienced in the provision of

BacMan Geothermal Rehabilitation Project - BacMan I & II (2010), South Eastern Luzon, Philippines,

Power. Engineer. Setup a spreadsheet model with VBA functions of geothermal field piping work, and
undertook the pipe system performance (pressure drop, flow rate and enthalpy) analysis of removing
and adjusting branch line control valves.
