- Extensive experience in checking and marking up piping documents, inter-disciplinary
documents and vendor drawings.
- Responsible for coordination with other disciplines including Civil, Electrical, Mechanical,

with the client.
- Responsible for support and coordination with the Fabrication shops, Field
Construction and RFI requests.
- Piping Squad Lead for the SUNCOR MacKay River Wellpads 5D & 5F project from
Conceptual Design Studies to Design Base Memorandum (DBM), Engineering Design
Specification (EDS), Front End Engineering Design (FEED), Detail Design, As-Building
and Close-Out activities.
- Responsible for all piping project deliverables including piping and equipment layouts,
reviewing vendor and in-house coordination drawings, all 3D modeling, General
Arrangements Drawings (orthographics), Isometrics, preparing and checking Bills of
Materials (BOM), Line List (LDT) and presentation of design ideas.
- Produced cost and time estimates for piping design.

Engineering, Procurement and Construction for a grass roots facility designed to process 40,000
barrels per day of Bitumen. The plant also includes a cogeneration facility to generate electrical
power and steam and consists of Bitumen processing and water treatment facilities. Additionally
the plant has two GE Gas Turbines; two heat recovery steam generators and one packaged once-
through steam generator. A 144 kV substation exports electrical power through the Alberta Power
Pool.

EDS and detailed design of Well Pad 105 including complete development of one green field SAGD

Provided engineering and procurement services for the continued development of Suncor
Energy’s Firebag In-Situ Oil Sands Project. The Firebag Program uses steam-assisted gravity
drainage technology (SAGD) to reach oil-laden bitumen deposits deep below the surface.

Front-end engineering & design, detailed engineering, procurement and construction management
services to increase plant inlet gas by 18%. The project involves mothballing the existing sulfur
plants and installing an acid gas injection system consisting of compressors, pumps and pipelines
to dehydrate and inject acid gas. The project also includes installation of a cogeneration facility
consisting of 3-GE gas turbines with associated electrical generation and heat recovery steam
generators (HRSG’s).

Front-end Engineering, Detailed Engineering and Procurement of a natural gas fired combined
cycle power plant in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico. The major equipment consists of two Alstom
gas turbines, two heat recovery steam generators, a single Alstom three pressure reheat steam
turbine and an air cooled condenser. Spanish/English coordinator.

 Aux Sable Liquid Products, Inc., Aux Sable Liquids Extraction Plant, Morris, Illinois, USA
(Used PDS design system)
Front End Engineering and detailed engineering, procurement and materials management and
commissioning of a grass roots facility designed to extract NGLs from natural gas. The plant is
located near Chicago, Illinois at the terminus of the Alliance Pipeline. The plant includes inlet
dehydration, NGL extraction in a two train turbo expander plant, ethane recovery and treating, full
LPG fractionation, treating, storage and loading.
 TransAlta, Fort Nelson, British Columbia, Canada

Modular power plant designed with one GE gas turbine coupled to a Once Through Steam
Generator. Steam will be produced at a sufficient rate to control the NOx emissions and to pre-
heat the fuel gas and combustion air via a close loop glycol/water system. A 1.5 km long 144 kV
transmission line connects the plant to the electrical grid.
