ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Provisioning Windows and Linux Servers through vCloud Automation Centre.
 Knowledge of SQL pre-requisites for Windows servers.
 Working extensively on ISM - ServiceNow and eMPIR.
2. Windows Provisioning
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Single point of contact for CMDB updates for team and client.
 Reviewer of documentation of projects and qualification reports, giving FPA as
95%.
 Logging and updating tickets/tasks as per processes defined.
 Following up with clients and keeping them up to date about meeting the
defined SLA for the various changes and incidents.
 Performing Management escalations, when required.
