Description: Socialist Belen City project involves the execution of 1400 Apartments with
an area of 797ft2 in buildings of 20 apartments each one giving solution to the people
with low earnings and high poverty. The company executed all the urbanism
development including the roads, green areas, treatment plant and sewage system,
adduction, gas system and electrical system. Also includes the earth movement work
near 1.500.000 m3 in mountainous terrain forcing us to design hydraulic solution and
access roads with high pending. We made networks of schools, high schools and
supermarkets to ensure food and education to the community living in the neighbor and
near area. These projects benefit a population of approximately 5 persons per
apartment for a total of 7.000 benefited directly and 10,000 indirectly. I work in all the
phase of the project giving me experience in the field.

December 2009- November 2015 to Inversions’ Monlosa C.A (50M project)

Description: The project consisted in execute 4 modules compound in 2 levels of
basement and ground floor. We begin with the earthwork in cuts to leave in level and
start the foundation which were formed in footings, pedestals, brace beams, bearing
walls and finally fill to execute the foundation slab. All these elements were designed
with high strength concrete and steel of 1” and 1 ¾”.Then we started the execution of 10
levels of columns, beam, slabs and start of the services. Finally we start the enclosure
process of the buildings and the finishes work with all them services to guarantee the
100% function.

Description: I worked in the administrative area, the office of registration to students in
the engineer faculty / part-time and scholarship work and I was an assistant in the

Description: Restitution of the collapsed drainage system beneath the Santa
Maria University’s interchange. This project was executed out under a state of
emergency because the lagoon undermined the slope of the access road compromising
the road structure. We did a job of containment of water on both sides to place drainage
pipes and give a solution to drain the water appropriately. We began the work to provide
stability to the slopes and finally put the new road layer. It was a work performed in 3
days.

that point during peak hours.

miles of highway with 3 channels and 1 channel of service each way. We work in
section 3 of 9 miles in length. The project began with the lifting of field information to
generate surfaces. Heavy machinery started with the deforestation of topsoil and
creating access to start cutting, filling jobs progressively. Also bridges, drawers,
drainage pipes in reinforced concrete were executed. We also start reprofiling slopes
until we reach the level. The integral material layer was placed and then we placed the
asphalt layers. Vetiver and geotextile was placed to give stability to the slopes and in
some cases executed in terraces because the height of it. We moved more than
1,500,000 m3 in fill and over 1,500,000 m3 in cut compensating the earthwork.
