Supported the Estimating Department from basic take-off to working with the team to finalize the cost estimate for
bid day.
MEP Coordinator / Replace McBride Elementary School / Fort Benning, GA $34.3M (08/14 – 08/16)
Performed duties as the MEP coordinator and QC Representative over all MEP related trades
for the construction ofan elementary schoolto replace the existing elementary school. The
project included general purpose classrooms, gymnasium, information center, computer lab,
cafeteria/food, service/kitchen, supply areas, specialist rooms, music room, art room,
learning impaired room, teacherwork rooms, counseling areas, storage, administrative
offices, and otherrequired areas for a fully functioning facility. Project included related infrastructure such as
parking areas, mechanical rooms, delivery areas, and playgrounds.Site improvements included signage,fencing,
paving, landscaping,covered walkways, exterior lighting and utilities. Demolition of existing buildings and
supporting facilities at McBride Elementary School was completed. The new schoolwas constructed adjacent to the
existing school’s site without interrupting schooloperations.

Performed duties as the MEP coordinator and QC Representative over all related trades for
the design and construction of the Rotary Wing Hangar at Fort Campbell, KY for an aircraft

maintenance hangarand parking aprons.Work included the construction of maintenance bays,maintenance shops,
and flight operations facilities, safety and standardization rooms, enlisted flight training, aviator flight training areas,
and associated training space.This project included connection to the energy monitoring and control systems,fire
detection and reporting systems,sprinklers, protected distribution system, intrusion detection,surveillance, and
electronic access controlsystems.Supporting facilities included all related site-work and utilities (electrical, water,
gas,sanitary sewer, and information systems distribution), lighting, parking, curb and gutter, sidewalks, fencing,
storm drainage, landscaping, and other site improvements. Access for persons with disabilities was provided.
Comprehensive building and furnishings related interior design and audio visual design services were included.

Performed duties as the MEP coordinator and the QC Representative over all the
related trades for the design/build 1,000,000+ SF, 1,000 inmate, high security USP with
6 housing buildings and special housing in a campus setting.Includes: Administration

building; Vocational Services building; Educational/Multi Use building; Health
Services building; Food Services building; Personal Services building; Maintenance

MEP Coordinator / New US Courthouse / El Paso, TX (08/07 – 08/10)
Performed duties as the MEP Coordinator and QC Representative over all related trades for
construction of a 245,000-SF/ 9-story courthouse facility that encompassed 11 courtrooms,
the U.S. Marshal Service, and various GSA offices. The project scope also included a
smaller office annex. Particularly challenging aspects of this project included complex
structural steelthat supports floors extending to 22-ft in height (the 9-level main structure
was as tall as a typical 16 story building); battered and skewed walls; special trend-stone masonry; and extensive
exterior coppersheathing. Caddell built to the strictest possible security codes including progressive collapse
design.
