3. ❖ Goto Accounting > Configuration > Settings
❖ Activate Incoterms
❖ Set Default Incoterms

4. ❖ Fifteen terms of sale accepted worldwide in an assignment of costs and responsibilities
between buyer and seller.
❖ Goto Configuration > Incoterms

5. ❖ Goto Sales > Orders > Quotations
❖ Click on Create

6. ❖ Set Incoterms in Other Information Tab

7. ❖ Click on Confirm

8. ❖ Click on Create Invoice

9. ❖ Click on Create Invoice

10. ❖ Change created sales order Incoterms

11. ❖ Goto Purchase > Orders > Requests for Quotation

12. ❖ Set Incoterms in Other Information Tab
❖ These incoterms are only used for information purpose that defines the international
commercial terms.
