doctor’s offices) I was tasked with coordinating office operations which included 1 Primary Practice Physician and two
Nurse Practitioners along with assisting in the operations of a concierge practice that shared our office space; directing of
an 8 line phone system with direct medical professional interface; an electronic scheduling program used for handling the
creation of entries for both current patients and new to our practice subscribers; patient file creation and maintenance. I
was personally responsible for turning 6 months backlog of paper charting into up to date patient files thus streamlining the
doctor workload and accelerating Pt visit turn around.

The Quality Assurance (QA) department was charged with ensuring that final product was error free and consumer ready
before shipping deadline to create the best consumer experience possible. As a language quality assurance tester I was
given access to several gaming platforms and charged with checking over product for correct language interface in-game. I
worked on 6 different titles across four different platforms ensuring a dozen languages were ready for release. As part of
this position I used my technically knowledge to input various “bugs” and fix requests into a proprietary inventory system
used by multiple departments. I still hold the record for longest putt in a Tiger Woods game (258ft).
