PAYROLL / ADMIN
Managing ±180 temporary employees for the client (Lear Corporation).
Weekly client visits.
Collect hours and overtime authorisations.
Validate all leave applications and overtime worked against authorisation received.

Reporting on monthly absenteeism and misconducts. Drawing up statistics of how many

legislation, disciplinary code, absenteeism, disciplinary warnings and enquiries,
calculation of hours.
Investigate transgressions and issuing of disciplinary warnings.
Conducting weekly return to work interviews to manage absenteeism and help
employees manage their leave.
Preparing and conducting disciplinary hearings, as both initiator and chairperson.
