• Overall responsibility for Testing and Release Management for a Programme to
deliver a strategic Loans platform for Barclays.
• Production of Programme Wide Test Strategy and Approach, detailing the Systems
under test, Governance to be followed, agreed terminology and phase definition by all
technical teams and Third Party Suppliers
• Creation / Base lining and Maintenance of the Testing Project Plan, to be fed into the
overall programme plan. Agreeing with internal and external teams, such things as

• Managed a project through to completion of the design to provide a complete
hardware and software refresh of Barclaycard International’s Internet Infrastructure.
• Delivered the application development deliverable for a Barclaycard Collections
project. Responsible for the managing the delivery of dev, test and live application
configuration, alongside application interaction with other host systems.
• Management of software uplift of Meridian switches, Symposium and Genesis across
all Call Centres. Nine month delivery was carried out in five months.
• Implemented high profile project to allow ‘from anywhere access’ to Directors
Intranet. Responsible for controlling implementation and resulting warranty issues.
4. • Managed a team of eight responsible for delivery of 350 file transfers. Needed
extensive planning to throughout lifecycle (design, testing, implementation,
warranty) to ensure code produced was fit for purpose.
• Involved in initiation and bid creation for Barclaycard International’s Data Centre
move project. Workshops organised and run with technical teams to understand
detail/risk/issues behind business requirements.
