 Planning Office Expansions at Cheadle and Oldbury. This required the identification of potential new
office space to meet 40 head count increase in call centre staff whilst meeting health and safety
regulations. Scheduling power, networks and phone systems around 3rd party building contractors.
 Developed a new engagement process to engage the infrastructure team to better serve other project

National mapping agency of Great Britain - £110m annual sales - approx 1,300 employees. Delivering many
varied projects: Software development, system upgrades, E-commerce and web-based solutions. Matrix
managing teams of developers, test teams, business analysts, data/system security and technical architects.
Utilising both waterfall and agile methodologies while working closely with specialist to deliver each project to
agreed time, cost and quality targets. This role required efficient management of stakeholders, governance,
documentation, 3rd party vendor contracts, Financial control, transition, risks and issues.
 Managed a major core system and platform upgrade for their Geospatial Data Management System.
This included an upgrade of Oracle databases and migration from 6 node rack to a 2 node cluster on 3
Exadatas with memory expansion.
 Implemented a License management project, developing an integration solution between GoldVision
CRM system and SAP ERP (Using SAP PI as the middleware) and web portal allowing customers to
sign up to view and sign up to new license agreements whilst automatically updating SAP BW and
Business Objects.
 Implemented Business Intelligence tool for finance to plan, query, analyse. Included 3rd party vendor
management and desk-top rollout.
 Upgraded SAP PI system with High Availability to connect internal SAP systems and external OS
partners.
 Developed an implemented “OpenSpace” application to allow any developer to create maps on
developed websites. This included the migration and manipulation of 5 terabytes of mapping data into
the cloud. The solution was the first government agency to use Amazon EC2 cloud technology.
