Coordinate registration for trade events for all companies.
Coordinate all promotional and event materials for all corporate and trade events such as
artwork, mock ups, promotional materials and giveaways, product information needed,
posters, coupons, booths and booth accessories, banners and all signage, digital images and
videos, tools, display needs, product displays
2. Coordinate with tradeshow and event managers to organize show-space, furnishings, pre and
post storage, material handling, electricity, plumbing, banner hanging and other related items
or utilities that may be required for each show.
Work with Customer Service and Shipping Departments to coordinate the consolidation of the
event shipments.
Liaise with Executives, Key Account Managers and Sales Representatives to coordinate shows
