2. Step 1 - Add the
Outcomes
The first step in this process is to create
an Outcomes Assessment Set. This is
where the apprenticeship standards are
added.
Providers can also add other outcomes
such as maths, English and IT or E&D and

Curriculum Plan
Users will need to complete the
curriculum details including:
● The programme level
● Should it count 20% off the job
hours
● Which Assessment Plan it is linked
to
● How long the programme is -
weeks or months
● The curriculum intent
4. Step 3 - Add Plan
Staff
Curriculum plans in Stedfast are
collaborative. The plan owner can add
other staff members to support the
planning.
5. Step 4 - Add
Activities
Users now need to add the curriculum
plan activities. This can be anything from
courses, modules, workshops, lessons,
workplace activities etc
Schedule when the activity will take
place - it can be over a period of time.
Determine if the activity needs to have
learning, practice and assessment
6. Step 5 - Align
Outcomes
Users now need to align the standards
that will be covered by this activity.
The standards added to the outcome set
will be displayed.
7. Step 6 - Add
Delivery Detail
Add the activity detail for learning,
practice and assessment.
8. Step 7 - Add
Resources
Add resources and locate them in either
learning, practice or assessment
9. Step 8 - Add 20%
OTJ Hours
Add off the job hours for each activity
and for the length of the activity if this
option was selected when creating the
curriculum plan.
10. Step 9 - Check
Mapping
Check that the outcomes are covered by
activities. Make sure there are no gaps in
the delivery
