We chose communication because the ‘Job Description’ included:
Communicating effectively and regularly with existing clients and programme
participants.
Assisting the lead partner in designing programmes and course materials.
Participating and feeding back results in operational, team, and programme
meetings and actioning minutes
Taking clear messages and conveying them to partners and colleagues for action
where necessary
Providing progress reports to partners
3. Organization
We chose organization because the ‘Job Description’ included:
Organising and attending client and programme visits and taking
and actioning minutes
Creating and co-coordinating project/action plans and their
completion
Arranging suitable venues for the delivery of programmes and
carrying out venue checks to check that all equipment, room layout
and details are correct
Raising invoices correctly and ensuring they are signed off by the
relevant partner within 48 hours of completion of each training/ or
consultancy event. Progress chasing payments where necessary.
4. Analytical
We chose analytical because the ‘Job Description’
included:
Preparing and attending client evaluation and
development meetings keeping accurate notes and
actioning minutes
Scheduling new courses and updating our electronic
planning software accurately.
Unpacking and filing course material once returned
from training sessions accurately and actioning tutor
action notes
