Final Proposal
1. TO: Kesha Sebert
FROM: Cameron Anderson
DATE: May 21, 2020
SUBJECT: Help Me Save The Whales
Kesha, will you help us keep our oceans clean and preserve our gorgeous marine
ecosystem? With your support and participation, I want to organize a charity concert to
raise money for the Lonely Whale Foundation out of Miami Beach, Florida.
Background and Purpose
As a vocal activist in animal rights campaigns, you have worked hard in advocating the
preservation of polar bears, baby seals, and supported the ban of trading and selling shark
fins. Your extensive history of charity work regarding animals is also prevalent in your
support of the cruelty-free campaign in 2013, directed towards the testing of cosmetics on
animals. These actions illustrate your passion for animals and make you the perfect
candidate to support the Lonely Whale Foundation. This charity concert will be raising
money for the Lonely Whale Foundation’s “Strawless Ocean” campaign. Plastic found in
our waters is killing marine life at an alarming rate and harming the natural ocean
ecosystem, especially whales. The “Strawless Ocean” initiative is centered around
keeping plastic out of our oceans, starting with plastic straws. With your help, you can
help us save the whales.
Proposed Plan of Action
I am planning on holding a televised charity concert in Miami Beach, Florida for the
Lonely Whale Foundation, and I would love for you to be the headlining act for this
concert. With your funding and participation, you will be able to expand your campaign
to prevent animal cruelty. Raising money for the “Strawless Ocean” campaign will go
directly to helping remove trash from our oceans, eradicate the use of plastic straws, and
educate future generations about our ocean ecosystem. Our goal is to raise $280,000 in
support of the Lonely Whale Foundation, through ticket sales and donations from the
concert.

Swift, customizing their own specific concert events. Our Advertising Director Cassandra
Smith is also enthusiastic to help with our initiative. She is an advocate of the Lonely
Whale Foundation herself and has years of advertising experience in Miami specifically.
