We are a group of people from various backgrounds united by our passion for fast boats and fishing. We met online through forums like www.fastbass.com and have come together to share knowledge, advice, and support. We participate in boat rallies and tournaments together and have become like an extended family, helping those in need through charitable donations and toy drives.

4. WHAT DO WE DO We meet and greet on the internet most every morning. We ask questions and get answers on what prop to use for a particular boat engine combination. We help with the purchase of a new rig or a used rig. We have even helped a fellow fastbasser get a new, to him anyway, boat from one state to another. We have helped ferry a powerhead across the country for repairs.

5. We share props by shipping a special pitch and type of prop across country for another fastbasser to try before he decides what to buy. When a fellow fastbasser has problems we do our best to solve it. We even gather at his place and help him or we help him via the internet by talking him through a procedure or test. We are a group of fellow boaters with a vast amount of knowledge about boats, engines, setups and bling. What you never heard of the word “bling” this is the dressing up and beautifying of your boat. These are our babies and we treat them well.

6. We look for the best gauges, controls and the bright things that will make our boat stand out from the crowd and shine. It not only needs to run good but needs to look great while doing it. Then again it is not always a fast boat. Some have boats that ride well and fish well and for them the boat is plenty fast enough. We love all boats like Allison’s, Bullets, Stroker’s, Bass Cats, Pro Crafts and Cobra’s. We love Rangers, Tritons and Stratos. We really love all rides and help everyone who wants to participate in the web site. The key here is to participate.

7. We are family here and we like those that register here to participate in the everyday chatter that goes on. We don’t like those that just come to sell or to bash someone and have no desire to be part of our fastbass family. We like to get to know someone before we purchase from them. Don’t come here just to sell something or bash someone come here and be a part of this great web site, make new friends and gain an understanding of what our family is about. We are all good people that love boats, fishing and socializing.

8. OUR GIVING AND CARING WAYS Last year a member came up with a great idea. Why doesn’t everyone coming to the Rally at Pickwick Lake bring a toy for either a boy or girl and we will take these toys to the Police Department for the Toys for Tots program. This was well received and we delivered a boat load of toys from fastbass.com to the Iuka, Ms. Police Department. They were, of course, very grateful and said this will helped some kids have a great Christmas.

9. More of our giving and caring This year one of our members got the idea of taking up a collection from the membership and donating this money to various families and organizations for Christmas Gifts to those that would otherwise not receive any. We collected $2200.00 from our membership and gave this to various organizations who where very happy to receive it and who could not believe a website had done this for them.
