Career Profile
MY Ulysses- July 2015 - January 2016
I joined the MY Ulysses (mega yacht) in Norway in early production and then was an integral part
of the engineering team in Bremerhaven in preparing all aspects of the vessel. In this time we
readied the engine room and all the systems and maintaining all the equipment. I worked main-
taining main engines, working air compressors, purifiers and much more machinery. I also pre-
pared and managed the spare parts inventory took daily logs and held watch of the engine room
on a regular basis. We did many tank inspections with other members of the crew and I took safe
charge of this procedure. Another one of my roles was welding and fabrication and I did many
projects to help the readiness of the vessel.

2. Fletcher Shipping Ltd - October 2014-April 2015
I worked for Fletcher Shipping onboard the FS Pisces a very busy Platform Supply Vessel supply-
ing the offshore sector as a 3rd Engineer Officer. As a 3rd Engineering Officer I am a senior watch
keeper in charge of holding an engineering watch taking on the full responsibility of the safe oper-
ation of the vessel, whilst at sea, in port and working Oil Platforms.
I have a robust knowledge and I am competent with ships systems including:
2 x Bergen BRM-6 Engines, 2 x Caterpillar 3046B Cat C18s C9s- Main Propulsion & Power gen-
eration survey work and overhaul

offshore machinery from Tail shafts, Thursters, Main Propulsion, Fabrication & Welding, and Over-

kinds of machinery work. I am also interested in all aspects within the oil and gas industry and am
looking to gain experience in this field. I also have a keen awareness in the environment and in
seeing the world and learning new cultures. I enjoy playing many sports and enjoy training and
