Gangotri Organics, he worked in Nigeria, Lagos,
from 2008 to 2012, for Dufil Prima Foods’ Indomie
Noodles as Brand Manager for Marketing Department after
being directly selected from campus placements after
completing his MBA. Pragnesh developed a strong
understanding of the Nigerian consumer market and
assisted in developing marketing, planning, and various
strategies for the new product launch, successfully
managing all above-the-line (ATL) marketing strategies.
After more than four years in Nigeria, he returned to India
in 2012 to work for Abbot Pharmaceuticals as a Strategy
Manager- in the Strategy Planning Department at the
Mumbai Head Office. Worked at various levels, developing
strategies and collaborating with the Marketing team to

Following Abbott, Pragnesh worked as an Executive
Assistance Manager- Business Analysis for the COO of
Claris Lifesciences, assisting and coordinating at various
management levels. Pragnesh’s job entailed facilitating

effectiveness of multiple processes.

tional qualities and 22+ years of experience in administra-
tion. Successfully running other ventures also, she is behind

Fostering the Nutrient-Rich Soil
According to her, the soil has become harder and lost
almost all its nutrients. So the team INDR developed soil
conditioners with guaranteed results of softening of soil
within 20 days. So many soil conditioners are in the market,
but INDRs products have guaranteed results with replenish-
ing soil nutrients. It makes soil airier to breathe.
Ms Sangeeta further shares that they have studied nature,
climate, temperature, and various stages of plant develop-

facturing potash drawn from molasses as promoted by the
government of India to reduce imports,” says Mr Hussain,
who informs that they are also manufacturing prom
alternative to DAP and SSP.
Cleansing Earth of Catastrophic Chemicals
Stating their inspiration behind venturing as a valuable
Agrotech company, the team INDR says it was to try to pay
some of the debt they owe to nature. “We see in our daily
life harmful results of chemicals which they cause to
nature.” Nature and all other living organisms are also
affected by these chemicals. So to prevent the usage of
these harmful chemicals, they have started this venture.
Sharing the USPs that make them stand out as a
transformational company, the team says they have deeply
studied various factors affecting soil and plants and
carefully developed and successfully tested the products.

Sharing his journey, Mr. Jivani says he and his partner had
pursued Computer Science Engineering from the M. S.
University in Vadodara. Mr. Jivani worked as an R&D
Engineer for four years before establishing Matrix. Like
most technology startups, Matrix, too, had a humble
beginning. He informs, “In pursuing our goal to design,
produce and sell our products, we created our first PBX and
began selling it in Gujarat. Over time, we grew our
customer base, employee base, and physical infrastructure.
We increased our product offerings and began
manufacturing a complete range of PBXs and Media
Gateways.”
Mr. Jivani and the team at Matrix kept adding value by
offering more solutions to the same enterprise customers,
which helped them in their growth journey. Most
customers, SIs, and distributors prefer relying on a single
OEM for their Telecom and Security needs. Therefore,
adding physical Security solutions made perfect sense
because this offered adjacencies on three dimensions -
Technologies, Distribution Networks, and Customers.
With this strategy, they added biometric solutions for Time-
Attendance and Access Control applications in 2007.
Having entered the Security domain, adding IP Video
Surveillance was a logical expansion. They started working

Deepak studied Ayurveda with the assistance of his father,
Shri Prakash Rane. He began working on Bio Additives and

him and his pioneering company over the 20 plus years.
The Catalysts Group's Managing Director Munish
