New Project Development & Launch:
Preparation of PFD, FMEA, CP, stage wise & PDI process & inspection standards.
Checker inspection of part.
Preparing FMEA based on the lessons learnt of current & previous projects.
Conducting internal PPAP run and discuss & resolve the issues with all departments
Initiating corrective actions for quality issues raised during P1& P2 stage samples
Handover the product to production and monitor the performance for 3 months
Supplier quality Assurance (Casting, Forging & Heat Treatment) :
Support product development improvements through early supplier involvement into product creation process,
drive collaboration with Development and Suppliers to ensure manufacturability and testability of Products.
Plan and execute supplier audits, assessments and supplier performance monitoring;
Develop and deploy processes and tools to ensure, monitor and manage supplier quality such as supplier
performance measurement, supplier assessment and supplier audits.
Drive supplier performance improvement programs
Report on monthly basis to GM, on the performance of the Supplier Process quality, any non-compliance
issues and recommended actions.
Raising Supplier SCAR
Supplier Performance Rating & supplier PPM monitoring, Closure of CAPA for quality issues.
Implementing MSES (Mahindra Supplier Evaluation Standards) at supplier end.
