14 vendors of various domain
Re-furbishing(overhauling) done for all the welding machines by which accuracy, consistency & quality

Successfully resolved problems ex. ORVM Noise, Head lamp loose particle, steering wheel mould crack,
Hook-Horn Pad (Alto) breakage, Door Trim gap with inner scalp, Cluster cover gap with dash board,
white patches on dash board, Bumper (FR & RR) uneven gap & L/D with Body etc.
Reduced the defects of M/s.Sunvisor India through continuous process improvements by 84% from 103 (2010-11) to
VA/ VE Projects:
Powder Coating process introduced on Stay, Fr Hood in place of Trivalent (ELV) Plating, used in
Model – Alto as a result Cost saving of 30 LPA by changing the Trivalent ELV plating into Powder
Coating process with SST hours (from 132 hrs to 480 hrs).
“Shikhar” Vendor Development Project for three major vendors i.e. M/s Sumi Motherson, M/s Sunvisor India &
Got appreciated by the Top Management as Best Innovative Quality Improvement Project.
Credited with major weight reduction in Bumpers of Alto by Process parameters optimization & Cooling Fixture
