Shake Floor Hardener at right angles to the initial

Compacting and floating, means closing pores and
remove undulations can be achieved either by hand
using a wooden float or mechanically by powered
trowel !

metallic float to achieve a smooth and even finish.

One option to repair small areas of peeling is to
remove the affected area to a depth of 1/4” (6 mm)and
replace it with dryshake hardener mixed with water.
Prime with Sikadur - 32.
Mix the dryshake hardener and place it on the surface.
Apply Sikafloor - ProSeal or Sikafloor - ColourSeal.
DON’T FORGET :

Repair of peeling in Hardened Floorings
Areas greater then 12 in2 (1 m2) :
Make a peripheral cut around the peeled area
removing
the concrete to a depth of 1” (25 mm).
Apply Sikadur - 32 epoxy primer
Replace with fresh concrete
Apply Sikafloor - Dry Shake Floor Hardener
If the area is very large the best course is to
remove the
complete area and relay concrete and
Sikafloor - Dry Shake floor Hardener.
