2001: Company foundation.
2002: Introducing on the national market the execution technology of
mechanical finished floor by troweling with wear layer.
2003: Signing exclusive contract with AB Lindec Sweden for implementation of
the concrete flooring execution technologies in industrial projects and using of
the materials produced by AB Lindec: Herkulit, Lithurin, Lindolit and Linoflex.
2003: Signing exclusive representation contract in Romania with Allen
Engineering USA, manufacturer of specialized equipment for processing
concrete.
2005: We build lasting partnerships with major contractors in Romania:
Aedificia Carpati, Danya-Cebus, Octagon, Epstein & Sons, Comnord.
2006: We become service and material provider in the industrial flooring
domain for Michelin Romania (ongoing contract).
5. Short history
2008: Purchasing the license for production and execution of lightweight cement
screeds and polystyrene beads from the World Wide Flooring System , Spain.
2009: We became CEA members – College of Business Excellence from National
Council of Private SMEs in Romania.
2010: Signing exclusive contract on the Romanian market of micro concrete
polymer technologies - Sure Crete Design Products, US.
2010: Lindec Romania is equipped with the Laser Arm and also is introducing
TranxMix on the romanian market – the latest technology in achieving fluid
screed, lightweight thermoinsulating concrete and micro concrete.
2010 - 2013: Implementing a complex program equipped with high-performance
machines in the field of industrial floors and concrete processing through own
financing, investment loans, EU funds.
2011: Specialization in the field of concrete waterproofing with crystallize
materials - ICS Penetron Ltd. from U.S.

2011: Signing the first contract of more than 2 milions euro.
2010-2014: We participate in World of Concrete USA – profile exibition and
specialised seminars.
2014 - 2015: Developing the strategy of the company in order to introduce
new technologies in the program „Increasing the competitiveness of Lindec
Romania SRL by defining a development strategy for the company and of a
business plan.”
2014 - 2015: The first infrastructure project for a building office – using top-

Bekaert.
Penetron (USA) - waterproofing material by crystallization in the concrete.
Microtopping – microconcrete with polymer for horizontal and vertical coatings - Sure Crete
Design USA.
