2. About Splice Construction Services
Mark Mendes, the founding member of Splice Construction Services has
been involved in the South African construction, property and
renovations industry for over 20 years.
After having worked in various sectors of the construction market, both
as Principal Contractor and Client, our dealings with numerous Clients,
Professionals, Sub-Contractors and other affiliated agents within the
industry has given us the knowledge and experience to understand each
parties requirements on a project. We are able to provide our learned
experience to programme, plan and co-ordinate said parties in order to
bring a project to completion with strict awareness to quality and
accuracy. We also provide good quality, sound, construction work
without taking any short cut, and we are approved applicators of green
technology, polymer-based water proofing products and coatings from
Seal-Pro.
Our ability to now also supply and install Structured Networks, Pabx, Hv
and Lv, as well as supply and install access flooring adds an extra
dimension to the company.
Our MBA membership and Mark Mendes’s accreditation as a registered
Professional Construction Manager with the SACPCMP speaks highly of
our ability to offer you good, reliable service with the knowledge that
you are getting a quality product.
