 Scene 6 is the ending of our film.
  Lighting highlights our main
character. We use high key lighting
to make the location, as well as the
character appear to be friendly and
  kind. The location perfectly
portrays the character as Mia lives
in this house, how it is put across
matters a lot due to her personality
  being presented through other
  factors such as location, body
language etc. With few shadows it
means that she can be seen as an
open and well liked woman, with
  no secrecy or misconception. In
addition, it means that Sam who
enters her home, as well as her life
can see that she is a welcoming
  and pleasant person.
 Mia is obviously nervous as she is
about to meet someone for the
‘first’ time and hope to make a
  good impression of herself. Her
body language is fussy and really
  prepared as she rearranges the
layout of her room, and almost
forgets to take off her slippers.
  After her preparation, when Sam
actually arrives it seems that the
body language seems a little more
  relaxed and happily surprised
which gives the audience a sense
of relief for both characters who
  are to be liked.
 As there is not a lot of dialogue
involved in this scene, it means
  that facial features and expression
  are important and vital. For
  example, when Mia almost forgets
to take off her slippers she looks
down towards her feet and seems
  desperate and stressed, with the
  ‘negative’ emotion. It shows us
that she cares a lot and takes pride
in herself, and such a thing as little
as that effects her. Another initial
point in our film is when their eyes
meet and realize who they are to
  each other. There delighted and
  surprised facial expressions allows
  us to see a resolution.
Mia uses flowers and other
household items like an elephant
ornament, candle etc. to place on
the table that she has set. She ends
up placing the vase with flower in
the centre which presents her as a
sweet person. In addition, Sam
arrives to Mia’s house with gifts such
as flowers and a bottle of wine which
portrays his character as sweet and
kind. This creates a match by using
these props.
Mia wears a black and white playsuit
which targets the style of formal but
casual, representing her genuine and
laid back personality. It demonstrates
that she has put effort into what she
is wearing. However, the audience
gets to see her BEFORE this stage
where she is getting ready in her
dressing gown and slippers. As
well, Sam wears a formal white
shirt, brown leather jacket with the
contrast of jeans which also
represents him as being laid back.
Mia’s hair is straight and down which
shows she has ‘let her hair down’ for
this date. She also wears make
up, but not too much which shows
that she is not too shallow but cares
about her appearance. She wears red
lipstick which shows she wants to
look good for her date.
 There is not a lot we can say on
this part, however there are parts
where we get to hear Mia’s inner
thought as she quickly throws her
slippers off by saying ‘oh god’ in a
  stressful and hopeless tone, like
she thought of herself stupid and
when she answers the door, she is
friendly and happy with her tone
because she is pleased that she
ends up finding such a loyal man.
