Solutions Development
Twenty-plus years of Solutions Development experience in a variety of software environments. Since 2012 I have
been a Certified OnBase Systems Administrator in a combined business, academic, and health care environment.
A sample of my OnBase experience includes:
Workflow Engineer for complex solutions including Accounts Payable, Financial Aid, and Research
Administration.
Database Analyst and Legacy Systems SME for 34 million patient record migration from EMC
ApplicationXtender to OnBase.
Migration Engineer for 17 million record migration from IBM Content Manager to OnBase.
System Administrator responsible for daily monitoring and reporting on multiple OnBase
implementations with thousands of users.
Custom Solutions Developer using OnBase API to program DIP and Autofill preprocessors in C#;
includes solutions to process bank lockbox images and paid checks.
Unity Forms development, Advance Capture configuration, COLD configuration, and Report Services
development.
Non-OnBase-related development experience includes:
Java Developer extending Ariba B2B solution to integration with IBM DB2 database and to customize
Ariba EForms; includes XML configuration of Ariba functionality and JavaScript approval rules.
SQL/ASP/VBScript Developer writing web interface to a legacy ERP built on IBM DB2 on the
Mainframe; the ASP application consisted of over 400 pages and served over 5,000 users.

Business Analysis
Gathered and documented requirements on a wide variety of software development and vendor-directed system
implementations. Analysis tasks included: interview of end-users, documentation of requirements, development of
use cases and test plans, execution of test plans, and direct communication with users and software developers.
Communication
Excellent written and oral communicator. Often called upon to draft communication by team members. Drafted
policy recommendations and meeting summaries for Director and AVP presented directly to senior University
management. Authored end-user documentation and conducted live training sessions.
Project Management
Responsible for the timely execution of software development and configuration projects. Managed projects for
Patient Records (OnBase), Controller’s Office (IDR, DMAS, eCheck, eBERF), Purchasing (Ariba), Facilities (FFA and
FKC), Space Management (FAMIS) and Student Health (Medicat).
Customer Service
Provided customer support for OnBase, Career Planning & Placement, Interdepartmental Requisitions, DMAS,
Purchasing, Ariba (Buyer, eForms, Analysis, eCheck, and eBERF), FAMIS Space Management, FAMIS Facilities
Assessment, Medicat, CSI Spectrum NG, and a host of other minor third party applications. Used ServiceNow to
process support requests in an ITIL compliant organization.
Budgeting and Contract Administration
Responsible for the payment of invoices and budget tracking on a 5-year, $7.5M software implementation project.
