Consulting on behalf of Robert Half for Safway Group. Safway is performing a conversion of its Infinium
based ERP accounting package to an Infor M3 ERP system.
Modules performing conversion on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
Develop conversion programs after analysis of file structure differences between the two ERP
packages.
Creation of Cross Reference file maintenance programs which map General Ledger Account numbers
from three different software packages.
Original legacy custom GL system, Infinium and M3.
Heavy analysis required as minimal formal documentation has been prepared.
Heavy End User interaction.

2011 – May 2014
Worked as a Project Lead on many cross platform team solutions as well as autonomously.
New Design and successful implementations of mission critical applications using SDLC
methodology.
Worked under strict PCI compliance on all credit card transactions.
Enhancements generated notifiable revenue streams and End User effectiveness with little or no
supervision. The resulting projects surpassed all expectations of the User Community as well as the
Executive Level.
Using Core Lite FTP, performed annual transfers and periodic updates from the United States Postal
Service. Updating shipping rates and zip code zones, as well as UPS rates over the past three years.
This created a uniform movement into all the postal upgrades seamlessly and without interruption to
warehouse production and/or shipments of daily product.
Utilizing ACOM (a third-party application), generated labels that are being transferred from the
AS/400 IFS drive to the Esync Label Printer. This included barcodes that are necessary to invoice and
ship merchandise both in Stage and Production.
Testing was rigorously performed and organized with the Quality Assurance and Operations Team in
the test environment as the Project Team Lead Programmer.
Design daily backup and disaster recovery plan utilizing Itera (software vendor) replication of data.
Provided guidance to the offshore Quality Assurance Department in the Philippines, including training
on how to use the ERP application (ASSIST) and expectations of results.

Developed an automated custom AP invoice creation/payment terms application for a five billion
dollar industry. This enhancement allowed the Procurement Department to analyze spending trends
and saved the company millions of dollars in less than one year. Developed with no design
specifications, into a fully-automated process, and a user-friendly result.
3. Developed upload process to map data from Scotia Bank into the PL Infinium platform. This
enhancement allowed the company to achieve significant rebates from Scotia bank using the Allied
Waste Procurement card.
Worked with Delloite and Price Waterhouse consultants to extract data from the Infinium accounting
system on numerous internal/external audits, including the IRS. Worked with business analysts and
applications specialists on numerous projects through full life cycle development.
Trained and assisted new employees on company's IT Department protocol, change management and
procedures.
Daily maintenance and troubleshooting on Infinium based PL/GL/FA as needed with heavy end user
contact.
