Pre Approval line of business. Successfully implemented, this project allowed tens of thousands of customers to
view their loan terms, request dealer appointments, and get directions on their computer or smartphone which
caused a marked increase in the number of Pre Approval loans secured by Capital One
• Acted as owner proxy on an initiative to add a tool for the sales force to communicate with their dealership
personnel directly through Capital One’s internal loan origination system. Collaborated with internal and
external partners to develop and implement a tool that adhered to the limitations of two outside vendors
systems while providing an experience for internal users that received overwhelmingly positive feedback
• Created, owned, and acted as the Project Manager for the Fast Track process which, with only one Business
Systems Analyst and Tech Lead, delivered over one million dollars of small to medium sized enhancements and
