Dec.2015-Present Specialty Supervisor D29/D70/D85
I’ve run these departments by coaching,
teaching, training, and holding my Specialists
accountable if needed to improve their
ranking in the SAR report which drove our
store to the #1 spot for over 20 weeks in a row
#10 in the region. I’m very passionate about
motivating my people to succeed, helping
them with any opportunities that may arise
and doing everything my team can do to get
our store to success share every year. I drive
leads and measures, VOC, online sales, and
credit on a weekly basis. During this time, I
also became a key-carrier helping MODs
especially over the weekend, as well as, with
💼 EXPERIENCE
2. some overnight shifts. In addition, I’ve been
training with the ASDS, to learn about
forecasting and scheduling in the computer
scheduling system, Special Services Supervisor
to deep dive the ESVS system, and the
Receiving Supervisor to learn to ship CRTVs to the
RLC, out for repair, shipped none-inventory,
shipped back to vendor in order to better myself in
the operational part of the business.

2014-Dec.2015 Specialty Supervisor D23/D59
Managing a Specialty department has allowed
me to interact with customers in a more
personal level while helping customers with
any installation issues by contacting the right
people to take care of their problems and
keep those customers happy.

2007-2014 Department Supervisor D28
When I worked in Garden, I excelled in
merchandising, time management, in-stock,
and driving sales. I also enjoyed working with
a large team of associates during busy
seasons, I was fully involved in making the
schedule for my team to ensure full coverage
to meet our customers’ expectations. I hired
my own associates every season. To run D28
for 7 years, by myself, is not an easy task, but I
was very passionate because it felt like it was
my own business by placing my own orders,
keeping seasonal/non-seasonal inventory
levels, and contacting vendors and merchants
whenever needed keeping a great relationship
with all of them. During this time, I used to
key-receive purchase orders in a regular basis,
💼 EXPERIENCE
input, shipped and key-received transfers as
well. I also executed MAPS play books, and
setup complete Event lay downs 100%
whether I had a couple of people with me or
with a group of people giving direction.

Nov. 2000-2007 Senior Commission Sales Associate
I got promoted to Commission Sales Associate
in the audio/video department. This was a
breakpoint in my professional career, as a
Senior Commission Sales person, I learned the
importance, from a business point, of selling
accessories, installations, protection plans and
credit with every single sale. I became
passionate about competing against sales
associates nationwide. I dealt with protection
plan claims, deliveries, installation followups,
etc. Working as a Commission Sales Associate
made me want to be hungry for sales, and
meet and exceed my sales goals in a
consistent basis.
