This General Specification synthesizes the personnel requirements for helicopter contracted by
Company. This document is only concerning the contracted aircrafts. Given specifications here
below are considered as a minimum of standard for contracted aircrafts. The general and
personnel specifications can be amended by LSO/AER before the Standard RW Contract

Main changes of Rev.02 compared to Rev.01 :
•4.1: age limits alignment on ICAO Annex 1 (revision)
•4.3, 4.4, 4.5 : introduction of aircrew qualification, experience and training
specifications for operations w/o pax (new). Introduction of ab-initio co-pilot
experience alternative scheme (new).
•4.3: IR rating not required for VFR at day contract (revision)
•4.4: Review of pilot experience. Alternatives against OGP390 developed
(revision). Addition of hoist experience (new)
•4.5: Simulator hours increased to 8 hours as PF per year (revision) + expected
training manoeuvres (new). Simulator extended to lower qualification levels
(revision).
•4.6: Add of pilot flight time policy for ops w/o pax. Replacement of duty time &
rest time limitations with “a pertinent duty & rest time policy” requirements (new).
•5: Introduction of cabin crew composition and training requirements (new)
•6: Minimum engineer composition deleted (revision)
•6.3: Minimum engineer experience reduced to 5 years (revision)
•6.4: Revision of recurrent training requirements (revision)
•6.5: Replacement of engineer maxi duty time with a “duty & rest policy”
requirement (new)
