organizing of the identified problem that exists within the school. For an example if
there is a problem of poor performance in Mathematics in the school one would
use this phase to firstly state the problem and then plan oh how to go about
conducting the research on what the reasons for that might be.

5. This is the phase where on gathers data and conducts research on a given topic
In the example given in phase one of the problem with mathematics performance
one would then conducts surveys, interviews, questionnaires and other data
gathering methods that relate to the identified problem
This process can be done using excel to create graphs and charts of the findings

7. In this phase one analyses and states the findings from the research and provides
also reports on what course of action to employ
In the abovementioned example this would mean that one would state what the
research conducted indicated the causes of poor mathematics performance is
