1. Road and intersection
 Urban roads is a road that has a permanent and
continuous development throughout the year for
the entire or almost the entire way, at least on one
side of the road with a population of over 100,000
inhabitants. (MKJI, 1997)
2. Traffic
 Traffic is time wasted on travel because of the
reduced speed within normal limits expressed in
units of minutes. (Hobbs,1997:107)
3. Interchange
Interchange is the intersection with the traffic flow on the
main “kaki persimpangan” intersect spatially separated.
(Mujihartono, 2002 : 181)

METODE PELAKSANAAN PENGECORAN
ALTERNATIF 1
Pengecoran Pile Cap, Balok Beam dibawah plat lantai 1
Keuntungannya :
1. Mudah pelaksanaanya.
2. Begesting bisa digunakan 2 atau 3 kali
3. Lebih hemat anggaranya.
Kekurangannya :
1. Pengecoran antara plat dengan balok atau pilecap tidak
bersamaan sehingga tidak menyatu bersamaan.
2. Bila pengecoran plat lantai akan dikerjakan perlu pembersihan
dan memakai zat aditif tambahan biar menyatu.
3. Besi yang belum di cor kelihatan berserakan (pating nyrongot)
ALTERNATIF 2
Pengecoran Balok beam, Pile Cap dan plat lantai 1 bersamaan
Keuntungannya :
1. Pengecoran Pilecap,Balok Beam dan Plat menyatu dan rata.
2. Begesting tengah memakai dinding bataco
3. Anggaranya lebih mahal.
Kekurangannya :
1. Anggaran lebih mahal
2. Tanpa ada zat additif
3.

1. Pembesian dan begesting Pilecap dan Beam sudah selesai diperiksa oleh direksi
2. Pengecoran Pilecap dan Beam di bawah plat lantai siap dilaksanakan
3. Jeda 2 minggu pelepasan begesting samping
4. Pemerataan tanah dan membuat lantai kerja
5. Pembesian plat lantai
6. Selesai pembesian plat lantai dilakukan pemeriksaan oleh direksi
7. Pengecoran Plat lantai siap dilaksanakan
Metode Pelaksanaan Pengecoran :
Yayasan Badan Wakaf Sultan Agung/Sugiyanto,ST/Semarang
1. Bekisting setinggi 38 cm untu siklop diberi bekisting yang bekas
(tidak dilepas)
2. Setelah siklop di cor ( bekisting tidak usah dilepas )
3. Untuk mengurangi buang tanah yang banyak kemudian bagian tengah
diurug tanah sampai bawah lantai ( diatas pile cap kosong )
4. Tanah urugan di padatkan dengan stemper ( jangan sampai kena
beton siklop )
5. Lantai kerja peluran 5 cm
6. Pembesian plat lantai
7. Selesai pembesian plat lantai dilakukan pemeriksaan oleh direksi
8. Pengecoran Plat lantai siap dilaksanakan
