having the opportunity of observing her professional development over the past three
years. I can say with confidence that she is a self driven, responsible person with a high
level of integrity and is highly capable to take on many roles at any given time. As such, I

As the Merchant Manager , I feel Belinda has been able to perform outstandingly in her
role as the Administrative Assistant. Her role requires organizational skills, acute time
management and consistency in preparing for upcoming events. Belinda manages files,
assembles schedules for 80+ employees availability on a weekly basis, manages payroll
to meet budget deadlines and communicates completed projects to senior management.
She organizes volunteer program events for the store and manages them effortlessly.
Her role as Customer Service Supervisor, Belinda performs with considerable amount of
leadership responsibilities. She manages the screening and hiring process of new
applicants, communicates daily goals to associates and holds her team accountable to
make goals. Her personality lends itself to keeping a positive attitude when dealing with
her superiors, employees and customers. She always displayed a great attitude toward her
work, demanding a great deal of herself to motivate others and works hard to ensure that
she performs tasks professionally and gets results. After spending a year with her in this
role, she has proven herself as a valuable member of our team with great ideas and strong
interpersonal skills.
