1. "It
is
my
pleasure
to
write
this
letter
of
recommendation
on
behalf
of
Lindsay
Olsen.
I
had
the
privilege
of
serving
as
Lindsay’s
supervisor
at
Seafair
from
January
–
August
2015.
Seafair
has
a
bustling
sales
department
with
over
150
sponsors
netting
over
2.5
million
in
revenue
for
the
festival.
During
Lindsay’s
time
at
Seafair
she
was
involved
in
several
sales
and
marketing
projects
including:
-‐Coordinating
festival
sponsor
fulfillment
(and
was
our
key
account
rep.
with
client
Starbucks)
-‐Launching
our
new
college
and
Seattle
sports
team
initiatives
at
Seafair
Weekend
–
which
included
creating
a
prospect
list,
flyer,
contract
template,
etc.
-‐Special
event
and
brand
marketing
planning
and
activation
Based
on
her
overall
background
–
combining
her
experience
at
Seafair,
her
prior
position
at
the
Sasquatch
music
festival,
on
campus
activities,
etc.
–
I
believe
she
is
an
ideal
candidate
and
will
no
doubt
have
a
successful
career
in
sales.
She
has
already
mastered
the
fundamentals.
Lindsay
has
a
lot
of
positive
qualities,
but
two
stood
out
by
far
and
away
that
I
have
very
rarely
seen
at
her
age:
-‐Her
attitude.
Simply
put
–
she
amazed
our
entire
leadership
team.
The
nature
of
our
business
brings
us
a
very
hectic,
busy
and
fast-‐paced
environment.
The
summer
festival
season
can
include
long
hours
and
the
need
to
be
able
to
function/work
with
very
high-‐level
clients/sponsors,
etc.
Lindsay
was
a
fantastic
sales
rep,
under
pressure.
Our
team
and
clients
trusted
and
enjoyed
working
with
her.
-‐Drive.
I
don’t
believe
I’ve
met
someone
as
hard
working
as
Lindsay.
Her
resume
already
includes
a
wealth
of
experience.
She
is
constantly
putting
herself
in
the
position
to
learn,
grow,
and
gain
experience.
I
feel
confident
in
her
ability
to
juggle
multiple
projects,
clients,
etc.
If
she
had
been
eligible
to
hire
into
a
full-‐time
position
(completed
her
degree),
we
would
have
most
certainly
made
a
case
to
hire
her
permanently.
Lindsay
will
be
a
valuable
asset
to
any
team.
Thanks,
Melissa
