Job Summary and Role : Sales and MarketingManager
As Marketing Manager, I Utilize a strong command of the marketing discipline to
lead, direct and refine the strategic marketing direction and support/develop the
Marketing competency within the Company to continuously enhance the value
proposition and brand value in the market place. Keep pace with the program and
event needs of the Company and develop a strong strategic marketing plan that
builds and enhances Company’s relevance to the customers and the industry.
Develops the vision, and implements the annual plans that will propel the company
towards increased market share and greater brand recognition. Accomplish all my
level best with a strong command of modern marketing practicesand appropriate
utilization of modern technology and social media.
4. Key Duties and Responsibilities : Marketing Manager
Marketing Strategy Implementation
Develop and implement a marketing strategy that that would be executed
and measured across the Company.
Proficient in financial analysis and establishing Marketing budget and action
plan.
Manage profit margin and market share and establish a plan in order to
execute such strategies.
Create and execute marketing plans to achieve the revenue and net profit
objectives.
Understand market needs, market segmentation, and create compelling
value propositions to position Company’s products & Services and offerings
to current and potential customers.
Work directly with the CEO to develop and implement key promotional
strategies and tactics to gain additional business with current and new
customers.
Keep Company’s image fresh and focused.
Develop innovative ideas that turn into profitable sales.
Products & Services:
Create and manage entire Marketing department (package /design/
advertising /media campaign /etc., data and statistical analysis and new
product development.)
Continually conduct and properly analyze market research into segments
that are actionable to create new products, services and events that solve
customer problems and opportunities.
Measure results versus goals and adjust marketing plans, communication
techniques and market research analysis to satisfy customers and to achieve
budgeted results.
5. Communications and Publicity:
Develop and enhance business relationships with different national and
regional chain accounts, as well as institutional customers. And also establish
and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
Coordinate and execute trade shows and conferences, as required. Develop
Marketing objectives for each conference, trade show, and workshops.
Develop data-based, targeted communication systems that focus on
customers where they look for solutions and how they understand our
services and products.
Evaluate and Implement new forms of communication and market research
techniques that employ all the relevant and current media that are available
and practical.
Employ search programs that will look for desired information around the
market place
Develop Publicity system that promote our products and services, protect our
businesses, and promote research & development within the Company.
