2. Mastery of Six Sigma Methodology
a. Successful mentoring and coaching of Black
Belts/Green Belts in project application of Six Sigma
methodology and tools

b. Black Belt certification by ASQ, IQF, or other
nationally recognized certifying body; and
demonstration of mentoring skills
NOTE: All mentored projects (for Option A or B) must
have a completed mentor feedback form.
