SparesParts Coordinator-
 Spare Parts
 Customer assistance by providing quotes, order booking, Acknowledgement, Processing, Invoicing, Dispatch planning,
Shipment of goods, Delivery status, Settlement of payment.
 Coordinates & preparation of documents required for delivery of spare parts and equipment.
 Ensures compliance with contractual obligations.
 Identify replacement components for parts using online parts manuals and other sources.
 Manages parts inventory, periodically performs inventory counts and reconciles to system, add or return parts based on
the consumption.
 Pulls parts from inventory, checks parts for potential flaws or damage, and assures accuracy of part to specified order
request. Organizes packaging of parts for delivery in an efficient and timely manner so as to deliver parts without
damage as per terms.
 Receives defective parts from customers under warranty and buyback policy.
 Service-
 Coordinates with service engineers for scheduled maintenance, Breakdowns and planning accordingly.
 Providing necessary work order and technical information/documentation/Help to service engineer for rectification of
problems.
 Preparation of monthly Report for spares Sales, Warranty, and Service.
 Supporting the customers through courtesy visits and necessary trainings to their maintenance personnel to proper and
safe operation of the machine and minimize operating cost.
 Preparation of service invoice,AMCinvoice.
 Prepareprojected budgetof sales & service to controlcost.
 Track activities of service engineerson daily basis& achieve 80 % of manpowerutilization target.
 Warranty -
 Preparation, Processing and submission of warranty claims to different factories with related supporting’s documents to
get maximum credit note against parts & service rendered during warranty period of machine.
 Keeping abreast of all factories recalls and announcements &modifications.
 Follow up on outstanding claims.
 Reconciling all warranty receivables and working with the account department to obtain payments.
 Maintain l service and customer records as required by the Factory.
 Keeping track of all warranty parts by observing the repair order number, date of replacement and date on which part
may be disposed.
LARSEN & TOUBRO PVT LTD. 2010- 2012
 Service and Maintenance of Heavy equipment I e excavator. Loaders, Dozers etc.
 Conducting diagnostic analysis of the faults (Electrical, Electronics, and Mechanical & Hydraulic) to identify root cause
and evolving quick solutions to put the equipment back in working condition.
 Read and understand operating manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings.
 Diagnose faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs.
 Overhaul and test machines or equipment to ensure operating efficiency.
