can develop my recent college degree training and transition in to the health care

aerospace industry.
 College level training in Lean Transformation and management.
 Appointed cashier supervisor and department trainer in a retail setting for over

 Graduated Suma Cum Laude from Ashford University with a BA in Health Care

Assembler–UTC Aerospace Systems, Everett, WA▪ November 2013– Present
 Work with team leads to establish Tact times and production needs for the day
delivering materials to the line when necessitated.
 Prepare chemicals such as seals and primers for coworkers to reduce their time
away from production.
 Kit material carts for the the next day making sure to work with production
control if any parts quantities are getting low or are out of stock.
 Production assembling via drilling, countersinking, sanding, installing fasteners,
following standard work and other planning to create quality airplane products.
Cashier Supervisor, Tool Rental Trainer and Associate– The Home Depot,
Chehalis/Bothell, WA▪ October 2005– October 2013
Cashier Supervisor
 Demonstrated proficiencies in telephone, e-mail, fax and front-desk reception
within a high-volume environment.
 Monitored checkout stations to ensure that they have adequate cash available
and that they are staffed appropriately.
 Scheduled and directed cashier breaks.
 Resolved customer complaints regarding sales and service.
 Trained cashiers on procedure and informed them of any SOP changes.
