Last name, First initial.
Examples:

(notice the periods after the initials these are important!)
6. Year Work was
PUblished
(Put the YEAR in parentheses).
Examples:
(2006).
(2016).

Publication, Website
Title of book in
italics, only
capitalize the first
word.
Title of article, only
capitalize the first word.
