Career Objective
I am a veteran; an alumnus of Indian Air Force. The force has inculcated in me a never say die
approach. Soldiers never die, they just wither away…. I wish to prove it wrong by obtaining a challenging role

1. INDUS FIRE SAFETY ACADEMY (SEP 2009 - TILL DATE)
Designation: ADMINISTRATOR
The ADMINISTRATOR is a senior staff member of the administrative team in the ACADEMY who assists the
DIRECTOR in the management of all major activities, like establishment matters, legal matters,
campus/estate management, statutory compliances and meetings, materials management, the maintenance
of administrative databases, and the supervision of all staff and students. I am:
• Responsible for management of complete human resource function of the Academy
Service matters such as appointments, promotions, disciplinary action, sanction of leave, awarding
incentive pertaining to both teaching and non-teaching employees of the Academyincluding technical
staff.
• Maintenance of Discipline in campus, Hostel.
• As directed issue notices for convening the meeting of the Board of Management, Academic Council,
Faculties, the Board of Studies etc and keep minutes of all such meetings.
• Supply to the concerned offices, the agenda of the meetings of the authority of the university and the
minutes of the meeting within stipulated time of holding of the meeting.
• Responsible for the day to day operations of all administrative works, correspondence and provision
of prompt and accurate service to students, alumni, faculty, administration and external agencies.
• Responsible for proper salary administration by meticulous scrutiny of attendances and leaves and
addressing of related grievances in time.
• In addition, also produce research data, analyses and reports as needed and perform other related
duties and special projects as assigned or directed.
• Serve on several committees and act as resource to Academy committees, faculties and staffs.
• Advise students/staffs regarding academic/career options and resolve their complaints tactfully.
• Ensure preparation & follow up of Inspections as per norms.
2.HR
HR have been delegated certain administrative and financial powers and they have been made
responsible for taking decisions to that extent.
Their typical essential roles include but are not limited to the following:
• Provide administrative and supervisory skills in the management of the office.
• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all administrative works and correspondence.
• Ensuring the maintenance of academic records of applicants/students and all the employees.
• Ensure preparation for Inspections as per the laid down instructions.
• Designing training PPT for students related to their subjects.
• Looking after the joining and creating the personnel files.
• Induction/Orientation Programme for employees/New students.
• Drafting the “Policy Letters” and Circulars/ Notices.
• Organizing Training of the visiting faculties.
• Issuance of Certificates and all possible/ instant assignment in accordance & with the help of
Management.
• Performs other duties as per the exigencies or institutional requirement.
• Coordinate with the other agencies/Universities for timely issuance of certificates
• Responsible for complete administration and maintenance of INDUS FIRE SAFETY ACADEMY
procurement, compliance & correspondence.
3. Training:
INDUS FIRE SAFETY ACADEMY started in the month of Oct.2009 with intake of one student and grown under
my direction as Administrator, mentor to the level of profit making Academy having reputation among all
industries across India and abroad where students are placed.
• Responsible for conduct of efficient and smooth training/Motivating students to perform upto the
expectation of Management for their better placement.
• Responsible for the continuing education, orientation/induction training, and certification of new and
experienced students.
• Evaluating and facilitating continuous improvement of individuals against clearly defined preset goals
which is needed in Industries.
• Adept at handling day to day administrative activities in co-ordination with internal / external
departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure proper upkeep of office documents and efficient handling of departmental correspondences
including drafting the Policy Letters and Circulars/ Notices.
• Monitoring administration of welfare services like Hostel, guest house, mess etc. to build and improve
student’s commitment and interaction.
• Organizing students/employees welfare, development, recreational and social activities & events.
