September 2015- present- Team Leader (Amazon UK Process).
- Improve quality of the associates by providing better coaching for the associates in the team;
- Improve productivity/efficiency and also concession metrics within the team so that the business is not hampered;
- Taking up training for the team if need arises to ensure quality service is given by the associates;
- Analysing the Issue code data and mining data and identifying refreshers for the skill;
- Formulating bi-monthly assessments to cater to the pain points affecting the floor and hence solving them to bring the skill
NRR down;
- Keeping a constant check for change in process and helping the Knowledge management team to update Knowledge centre
according to the feedback received from the associates;

Key Learning involved:
- It included all the components required for running a coal based power plant. It gave a overview of basic components such
as Water treatment plants, Coal Handling plants (C.H.P), Ash handling plants (A.H.P), boilers and its auxiliaries and also
turbine.
- Basically main training was provided on Turbine and its auxiliaries. The working of a turbine and the parts which are
