 Recruitment responsibilities- Conducting phone interviews, interviewing candidates for all warehouse and clerical
openings, coordinate and conduct interviews for hiring managers and applicants, answer applicant questions, conduct
warehouse tours and ensure that applications are properly filled out. Seeking out job fairs as well as other ways to
advertise openings within recruitment budget while finding the best candidates for the job. Process applications to
include entering the applicant information into various spreadsheets/databases, process background and pre-
employment drug tests.
 Referral Programs: Implemented a year round referral program, keeping current employees engaged, while hiring good
candidates in the process.
 Onboarding/ New Hire Orientation- Make sure all new hires fill out the proper paperwork before date of hire. During
orientation I go over all of the company policies, sexual harassment, benefits/401k, as well as engagement programs
we have throughout the year.
 Process any employee paperwork regarding new hires, rehire, status changes and terminations.
 Provide advice, assistance, and follow-up on company policies, collective bargaining agreements, procedures, and
documentation.
 Process clerical attendance and disciplines when needed.
 Act as a liaison between corporate benefits and warehouse associates; communicate life status changes, ensure timely
benefit enrollment and assist with benefit questions as needed.

o I helped out on a new project which was an easier way to make sure each donor card was accountable for
from previous blood drives.

o Our local Philanthropy is Dancers Give Back, andour national philanthropy is Pine MountainCharter School.

community see the good work that the Greek Community does, and focused on the positives of Greek Life
and having all different organizations support each other.
