OBJECTIVES
With great pleasure I have been working with American Campus Communities for two years now as a Resident
Assistant at property 870 SUNO Housing in New Orleans Louisiana. While working for ACC I've managed to
improve in some basic skills such as communication, writing, typing, and creativity. I also picked up a few new skills
along the way such as marketing, leasing, and how to fully operate LAMS and MRI. In the absence
of a leasing manager and an assistant general manager I would typically be given a task by my general manager that
would normally be given to the AGM or LM. For example; I have been asked to attend different university and college
functions on and off campus to represent SUNO housing and speak with a number of students that are interested in
student housing. I also assisted our general manager in planning our group
process activities and questions for students that were interested in becoming resident assistants for the upcoming
academic school year. I also helped her in scheduling and setting up individual follow up interviews. That was
just to name a couple of the extraordinary helper task that I was assigned. Over these past two years I have really
advanced with ACC and I would definitely like to continue to pursue growth with ACC.
