ordering, warehousing and customer services, fleet management, finance & HR related functions as
well as managing general office procedures, along with these permanent responsibilities.
Major Responsibilities:
• Superior CS through efficient processing of customer orders, timely deliveries, CS support to solve
issues
• Distribution strategies execution to support field staff in selling volume, achieving RPS
• To deliver cost efficient execution to trade (through streamlined logistics process)
• Responsible for Inventory control, and perpetual Inventory analysis, accuracy & record
• Ensuring implementation of quality and optimization in warehouse and trade
• Responsible to manage total functions of branch management i.e. admin, finance & trade matters
• Fully responsible for budget forecasting, finance & asset management of the branch
• Weekly SOP meeting with warehouse operations team to ensure company standard fully
implemented.
• Inventory Management (maintaining Inventory levels ensuring Insurance limits)
• Logistics & transport management for trade supplies and shipments to GT & SD
• Control and maintain targeted days of cover, and to eliminate OOS situations
• STO planning & forecasting to ensure monthly targets should be met
• Employees perf0rmance management, appraisals, & related day to day issues
• Cost management for logistics & administrative budget and execute to cost saving measures
• Sales & distribution support to CBD to enable them to achieve monthly targets
• IT and SAP processing support to CBD enabling them to execute in a timely manner
• Ensure to provide the infra-structure, repair & maintenance of branch related things
• Financial controller of the branch (cash deposits – expense management)
