• Collection of quotes & orders from the sales team, checking the details & to
enter & process these as sales orders in the System.
• Setting up of delivery dates for all new jobs in the System that aids budget
reporting & production planning.
• To raise sales invoices based on the progress of work done OR after the job is
complete & then sending these to the customers with the relevant customer
paper work.
• To maintain record/file keeping of all the quotations, purchase orders &
invoices both electronically & physically.
• Provide support to the sales & admin staff by replying to their different system
related queries and resolving their issues.
• Provide assistance to the management in weekly/monthly reporting & yearly
audit.
• Provide support to the system implementation team when needed.
• Any other general office duties that includes print, scan, photocopy, email/mail,
