Procedure
- Car ijarah is Meezan’s Bank Car
Financing Product and is Pakistan’s
1st free-interest car financing.
- It works on Ijarah through a car
rental agreement, under which the
bank purchases the car and rents it
out to the customer for a period of
time of 1 to 7 years, agreed at the
time of contract. Completion of
Ijarah period, the car will be sold at
token amount or gifted to customer
by paying registration fee.

Policies of Meezan Bank are also
affecting its performance and free
functioning. Social and technological issues
are of secondary importance but they also
cannot be neglected. Meezan Bank is
focusing positively regarding technological
issues but it should also keep its eye on the
social cultural factors also.

branches in those areas which are near to the

 Bank must take part in heavy advertisement as
the people become aware of the Islamic
banking System.
 Bank should provide management training to
their employees.
 Bank should give more compensations and
benefits to its employees and other workers for
the improvement in the performance. Because
it leads to the improvement of overall bank’s
performance.

  • 31. 31 Future Strategies Changes Effect Increase numbers of branches in remote areas of Baluchistan, KPK and other areas with strong business activities. Normally remote areas are covered by few banks including NBP, MCB and HBL with low standard of services usually and only enjoying that deposit base of customers and also that of their counter parties due to coverage in those remote areas which can also be captured.
  • 32. 32 Overcome Problem  Bank must take part in heavy advertisement as the people become aware of the Islamic Banking System.  Bank need to open new branches in other small areas.  Bank has the option to increase its customers through efficient marketing system.  Expanding their business by establishing new branches in those areas which are near to the business area.
  • 33. 33 Conclusion Policies of Meezan Bank are also affecting its performance and free functioning. Social and technological issues are of secondary importance but they also cannot be neglected. Meezan Bank is focusing positively regarding technological issues but it should also keep its eye on the social cultural factors also.

Because it leads to the improvement of overall bank’s performance.
