What is Outsourcing Service?
Outsourcing Services aka Temping or Temporary Staffing is a contractual
arrangement between the staffing firm, client, and employee. The staffing firm and
client sign a service agreement. The staffing firm and employee sign an employment
contract, where the employee provides services to the client.

New Hire will be PIROS employee.
