1. Permanent Recruitment Fee Structure
12.5% of basic salary
This fee is subject to us being given the opportunity
to work on a vacancy for five working days without
the involvement of another recruitment agency,
recruitment business or job board.
Please note: you are at liberty to approach other
recruitment consultancies after the five day
period has elapsed should you feel it necessary and
our 12.5% discounted recruitment fee remains the
same - it does not increase to our standard fee.
17.5% of basic salary
This fee is applied to vacancies worked on in
competition with another recruitment agency,
recruitment business or job board. The Ashdown
Group’s permanent fee structure applies to
vacancies across the whole spectrum, from
entry level roles right through to the most senior
management and director posts.
Outstanding Rebate Promise
100% rebate promise
Whether you choose our standard or discounted
recruitment fee you will receive our 100% rebate
promise, which spans a full 13-week period. Should
someone we place leave your company within their
first 13 weeks of service, we will deliver the entire
recruitment process again without compromising
our service level - if unsuccessful in finding a
replacement we will refund your fee in full.
Contract Recruitment Fee Structure
15% margin
We charge a 15% margin as standard on top
of a contractor’s desired rate. Our fees are
entirely transparent ensuring that our clients and
contractors are fully aware of our charges. Our
standard contract margin is subject to a minimum
charge of £3.00 per hour if paid hourly / £25.00 if
paid daily.
