Management
Permanent Placements: Any positions that is available.
Placements of skilled and semi-skilled employees: Cleaners, Packers, Store men, Pickers, Dispatch,
receiving etc.
Merchandising: Supplying the whole East Rand, Johannesburg and Pretoria regions.
Artisans: Boilermakers, Fitters, Turners, Welders, Millwrights, Draughtsman etc.
Office staff: Computer Data Operators, Switchboard operators, Clerks, Accountants, Bookkeepers
etc.
Drivers: All Codes-PDP and HAZCHEM permits. We also supply general workers for loading and off
loading of trucks on a daily basis.
PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT (Limit of Duration)
Permanent placement and contract workers
We are registered with the Department of Manpower, therefore, we are entitled to offer the services
of employee’s registered with us, for any required period of time.
PAYMENT OF WAGES
Wages are paid according to employees and client requirements, which are negotiable.

Other than completing the timesheet for hours worked and having it faxed to us every
Monday, here is no other paper work required Timesheet copy enclosed.
The Tax exemption certificate we submit to you after signage of the contract, ensures
whatever Tax requires might arise from the Department of Finance or the I.R.P.5, will be dealt
with exclusively by ourselves, thus saving you time and numerous administrative problems
that may occur. It has been evident for some time that the Government and the Trade Union’s
anxious to enhance the regulations governing the hiring of casual employee’s. The main
reason behind this is the low quality exploitation of these employees by various unscrupulous
employers. These employees are paid at rates far below those recommended by the National
Industrial Council or other entities and are not covered against injuries or death in the
workplace. We, ALMAC CONSULTANTS adhere strictly to Government Regulations.
We assisted numerous firms during difficult periods (strikes, go-slows and various other
disturbances by “bridging the gap” and ensuring that as least minimal production is
maintained. We negotiate with the client about their retrenched employees. We offer
alternative mutually agreed solutions, thus, your Company’s name and reputation are
