Dear Vijender,
With reference to the subsequent discussion you had with us ,we are pleased to offer you the
position of “Technical Intern” in our organization at our Delhi office located at 804 jaina tower 1 janakpuri
dist center on the following Terms & Conditions:-
1. You would normally be available for all the working days in the month. This is to ensure continuity
and timely completion of work.
2. You will be paid @Rs 4,000/- per month (Rupees Three Thousand only)
3. Any work/project/assignment handled / developed by you individually or in group during your
engagement with the company or thereafter will be exclusive property of the company and you will
not have any right on it.
4. This appointment is effective from 1st
week of June till 1st
week of August 2015.
5. The contract is valid from 3rd June 2015.
6. This contract is liable to be terminated from either side on minimum of forty five(45) days notice.
On the date of your joining you may please bring along the following:
1. Proof of age
2. Photo id proof
3. Copies of educational certificates
4. Copies of professional certificates
5. 2 passport size photographs
