The journey was based on the idea of Aatma Shradha. The training focused on transforming teachers into
facilitators by engaging them into hands- on practice. It also provided teachers hands- on training on how to be a

The webinar talked about blended learning and how schools are using online teaching for blended learning. They
also discussed homeschooling and how the education sector is affected by the pandemic. It has suspended all sorts
of pedagogical services except electronic medium. The series of webinars also shed light upon the Assessment
criteria for learning for the coming year because of the pandemic situation by different schools. They also talked
about the transition from summative exams to formative exams.
The speakers also discussed the importance of emotional intelligence in our curriculum and how the careful
enhancement of emotional intelligence in our schools reduces cyberbullying.
